About the Opportunity
The Director of ABM and Demand Generation reports to the Global Vice President of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the newly formed ABM and Demand Generation organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing the ABM and Demand Generation organization
- Managing a global ABM and Demand Generation organization to achieve pipeline, bookings, and ARR targets
- Deploying and managing Demandbase, our ABM platform
- Budgeting and planning ABM and demand generation programs
- Aligning with sales to identify 1:1 and 1:few accounts and audiences
- Coordinating with campaigns, content, and creative to customize 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs
- Report to the CMO and sales leaders on performance of ABM and demand generation programs
About You
The ideal candidate is adaptable. You are analytical, detail oriented, and creative. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to accomplish a tactical action while simultaneously considering and communicating its strategic implications. Data is the fuel for our program, and as such it must be of the highest quality to produce relevant sales and customer feedback. You will partner with business leaders to act and improve the business, and ultimately compile stories that illustrate the impact.
- 7-10 years of experience in demand gen and digital marketing
- Expert-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Demandbase, Salesforce, and Marketing automation platforms
- Marketing | Sales alignment
