Director, MSP Distribution
Remote (US or Canada)
The leader of MSP Distribution is a people leader for the MSP team. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the company's MSP Distribution strategy. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with direct and channel partners, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels, and ensuring the success of the company's Distribution channel programs. The leader of MSP Distribution will collaborate closely with all leaders to align MSP Distribution strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What you can expect:
- MSP Distribution Channel Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Distribution strategy to achieve business growth and market expansion.Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align with 1Password’s MSP Distribution strategy.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Distribution MSP strategies and initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including MSPs, and MSP DistributionFacilitate regular communication and collaboration with MSP Distribution partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of channel sales programs and initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Channel Program Management: Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and training programs.Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, support, and training to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services.Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage channel budgets and forecasts. Provide regular updates and reports to the MSP executive team on channel performance and progress towards goals.
