The impact you’ll have:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Curriculum Associates’ math products, including textbooks, digital learning materials, and related services designed to support strong implementations. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product features, target audience needs, and marketing strategies. 
  • Create compelling positioning to effectively communicate product value propositions and benefits through marketing materials, conferences and webinars. 
  • Serve as a key stakeholder on Go to Market teams for new math products and features, inclusive of owning specific Go to Market steps from definition through implementation. 
  • Collaborate with Adoption Enablement to coordinate strategies for state curriculum adoptions, including understanding state-specific standards and requirements, conducting in-depth competitive analyses, and working with local sales and services teams, Regional Marketing to craft executable plans that maximize success. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, authors, and industry partners. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of mathematics marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. 
  • Monitor industry trends, educational standards, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. 
  • Serve as the competitive landscape subject matter expert, responsible for completing and maintaining competitive analysis, developing competitive marketing messaging, developing and delivering training.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and innovative marketing practices, recommending new approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales growth. 
  • Proven experience in mathematics product marketing within the educational publishing or ed tech industry, with a strong understanding of mathematics standards, educational materials, curriculum development, and K-12 markets. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $110,500-$196,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
