What you will be doing:

The Director of Marketing Operations will oversee the marketing departments efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring streamlined processes, optimal resource allocation and data-driven decision making. This role involves strategic planning, execution of marketing campaigns and continuous optimization of marketing workflows. Additionally, this role will manage our outside consultative vendor, work closely with the growth and digital marketing teams and serve as the primary liaison between marketing operations and the CRM administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities – 100%

  • Lead, mentor and develop high performing marketing operations team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Develop and implement marketing operations strategies that align with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Support the selection, implementation and maintenance of our marketing tech stack platforms to ensure they support business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with outside consultative vendors to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and successful project execution.

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing verticals, specifically growth and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.

  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing operations and the CRM administrative team, ensuring seamless integration and communication.

Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years

Education:

Bachelors (Required)


 

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (Datorama).

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Education:

  • Master’s degree

Required Certifications/Licensing

Marketo certification

Working Conditions: Remote


 

Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US


 

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.


 

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
