Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director Lumicera IT to join our team as we move from on prem to AWS.
We are seeking a well-established and dynamic industry leader as a Director (Lumicera IT) to be responsible for our technology strategies and information systems. The Director (Lumicera IT) will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with the Lumicera's overall objectives, ensuring efficient and secure operations, and driving innovation. Reporting to the Reporting to the VP, Strategy, the Director (Lumicera IT) is a leader who embodies modern practices and has an exceptionally strong foundation in engineering culture and process driven solutions. The leader must have demonstrated a high level of cross functional collaboration, and proven record of successful technology programs or projects related to modernization and re-platforming.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Develop and execute the Lumicera's technology vision and long-term IT strategy in partnership with the VP of Strategy.
- Manage the selection, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of software applications (both on-prem and cloud-based) to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Lumicera operations to identify software needs and ensure that technology solutions meet their requirements
- Oversee software licensing, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement data management and analytics strategies, ensuring the integrity, availability, and accessibility of company data
- Drive data-driven decision-making processes by establishing and maintaining effective data analytics and reporting systems.
- Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Define clear roles and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the IT team members
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or other relevant technical field of study, preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role preferably in a development or delivery-oriented function
- Experience working in Healthcare, PBM
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Familiarity with data management, analytics, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology strategies to drive innovation and business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
