This individual will serve as a quarterback for questions coming in from PrEP Institutions about the customer experience, acquisition of the product, and reimbursement landscape. Communicate closely with the FRM team to provide seamless access and reimbursement education to stakeholders based on educational need.

  • Stay informed about evolving healthcare policies and payor/market trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities in the reimbursement landscape.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement policies and practices, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Shares best practices across Gilead marketing teams to drive appropriate customer insight/experience projects. Be willing to learn from different affiliates, while ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and requirements.
