The team

The Growth Marketing team is responsible for delivering user and revenue growth across each of our product verticals and key geographies. It's a fast-growing team full of some of the best marketing talent in the world, with deep expertise and conviction in the crypto space.

Kraken is seeking a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to focus on key activation, retention, and reactivation efforts that enhance our client experience while delivering revenue upside for the business. This leader will be responsible for owning the overarching lifecycle and CRM strategy across a portfolio of products and lead a team focused on engaging and retaining clients through a variety of communication channels, including (but not limited to) email, push, and in-app notifications.

This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration with teams to plan and complete shared goals, delivering seamless experiences across web, app and lifecycle channels. The ideal candidate will have strategy and leadership experience in creating innovative and engaging lifecycle programs in a results-driven environment. You should have proven success improving metrics across activation, retention, and reactivation, plus experience developing ambitious experimentation roadmaps. All of this should come with a highly data-driven, customer-centric approach.
