The Director of Infrastructure Operations is responsible for working across the Infrastructure and Operations portfolio and teams, working in lockstep with global stakeholders to support the delivery of services and value to the organization.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Infrastructure and is part of the Information Technology function and will be fully remote. At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT client infrastructure.
IT Operations Optimization - Implement best practices for incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
Lead Vulnerability and Endpoint Management team
Lead the development and deployment of client-facing technologies, ensuring exceptional user experiences and customer satisfaction.
Manage infrastructure budget as it relates to client technologies, IT operations, and vulnerability/endpoint management
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.
Who you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or relevant business degree is a plus.
Long-standing experience of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on IT infrastructure, client technologies, and IT operations leadership and management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex multidisciplinary projects in a large-scale global enterprise environment.
Use Gemba evidence to translate customer pain points into priorities and actions.
ITIL Certification a plus.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong understanding of support, configuration management, and major incident escalation processes.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The salary range for this role is 160,000 - 190,000 USD annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
