ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Implementation Services will capitalize on the company’s new software and enhancement investments by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the multiple project requests and managing a high- performing team to execute the implementation initiatives to meet the company goals and fulfill the customer needs.

COMPENSATION: $145,000 - 175,000/annually, with additional bonus potential
LOCATION: Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate strategically oriented discussions with senior leadership and other stakeholders to define and refine the project roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and innovation.
Understanding the business/operational impact of project requests, recommends project prioritization based on strategic initiatives, plausible deliverables and operational value. Conveys rationale to stakeholder’s directly with diplomacy and a collaborative approach.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors, serving as liaison between the implementation services team and senior management and the escalation point of contact for the implementation initiatives.
Plan and oversee the coordination of multiple implementation projects simultaneously to ensure projects are resourced adequately and are delivered with high quality.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate a commitment to the best project management practices ensuring implementation teams maintain strong relations with stakeholders, provide actionable project status updates regularly and establish mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Establish a commitment to develop and provide educational programs and tools to ensure the software installations and enhancements are systemized and incorporated with optimal user-experience. Build strong team collaboration between the implementation services and the Learning and Development teams to ensure high quality outcomes.
Manage the implementation services team establishing, monitoring and developing staff so they can fulfill project KPIs and performance standards.
Allocate team resources to projects to meet deliverables while balancing skills development and employee engagement.
Foster a commitment to LifeStance’s mission and core values and a culture of customer service.
Drive continual team outcome improvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of experience in implementation management within the healthcare, health tech or technology sector with at least three years managing staff.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex software implementations and educating end users in EHR, Practice Management or other integrated tools to support the patient and clinician experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements
Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies; PMP preferred.
Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong and proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of an organization with a high level of proficiency.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and effectively manage competing demands for both time and attention in a fast-paced environment.
