Provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

  • Oversees Implementation & Transformation teams, leaders and processes.
  • Responds to organizational challenges, allocating and re-allocating resources and assignments accordingly.
  • Manages resources and budgets.
  • Handles load-balancing between teams to maintain a consistent level of effort across the organization.
  • Owns teams' responsibility for meeting established performance metrics.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing customer growth plans and revenue targets.
  • Ensures ongoing existence and clarity of operational status and feedback channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 10-12 years of experience in Implementation and Transformation and typically 4-6 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).


Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors
including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant
experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a long term incentive plan and a discretionary
annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if
any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational
performance.
