We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Information Solutions (CIS) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our New York City office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Director - Identity Access Management will be responsible for defining and executing a strategy to deliver and support Identity Access Management (IAM) capabilities, strengthening our internal controls and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. This position will manage global teams and collaborate closely with other Information Security teams to adopt best practices and mitigate risks.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the implementation of the identity life cycle management strategy, including onboarding applications for user provisioning, termination, and recertification, ensuring compliance with SOX and MMC Info Security Policy.
- Champion continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of identity life cycle management processes across teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers, gathering and analyzing identity management technical and functional requirements.
- Design and implement identity management solutions, evaluating business needs and ensuring sound technology controls.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of IAM Program Management experience, with a focus on role-based provisioning and segregation of duties.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies such as SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, IGA, PAM, and directory services (e.g., AD, ADLDS).

- CISA certification and familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies are a plus.
