We are seeking a motivated and talented Director, Human Resources to lead our Human Resources function across the enterprise. The HR Director will collaborate closely with the operational team to align workforce strategies with business goals, ensuring optimal staffing, employee development, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director, Human Resources will be instrumental in continuing to build our people-focused culture through partnership and collaboration with our Human Resources and Operations teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead with empathy, strong communication, and a people-focused approach to achieve successful results across the company.
  • Support and shape the company’s people-focused culture by promoting inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration by reinforcing positive workplace values and encouraging teamwork.    
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for the company’s policies, staying current on ever changing state-specific policies as it relates to compliance and equal employment. 
  • In addition to staying on top of HR best practices, engage with our employees to identify opportunities to continuously improve our people focused culture and career development opportunities. Identify needs across the organization, present solutions, and develop programs in response. 
  • Work strategically with operational leadership and COO on succession planning, long-term talent goals/gaps and implement plans to address sustainable results for growth.
