The Marketing Chapter Lead partners with the US Commercial Leaders across the portfolio in the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation of the marketers on the team. They should have a passion for and experience in developing diverse people and teams.
Additional responsibilities:
Support teams in acquiring and growing skills and capabilities needed to build marketing and business acumen.
Partner with US Commercial Leaders on strength-based performance coaching.
Work across the enterprise to support knowledge sharing on new capabilities and also internal/external best practices.
Develop a personalized/team learning journey to support skills and capabilities building
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of combined marketing/marketing support/sales leadership experience
Working in fast-paced Agile environment
Collaborating with senior commercial leaders.
Knowledgeable about Agile principles and application
Passionate about change and continuous improvement; willing to challenge the status quo and dissent when needed, and not afraid to point out areas of development.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
