About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Growth Product Manager to join our mission driven product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, ownership mindset & driving exponential customer growth in the consumer-facing fintech space. This role will be pivotal in defining, executing, and optimizing our growth initiatives to rapidly expand our user base and help grow the business.
What you will do:
- Own and define the product led growth strategy for the company: define and implement a comprehensive strategy in partnership with marketing and data science to drive clear growth life cycle outcomes for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and referral programs. Optimize the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. Utilize behavioral data to segment users and tailor engagement efforts.
- Identify new growth opportunities including partnerships & ecosystem plays, viral growth enabler and segment expansions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with overall business goals. Utilize a combination of customer research & data-driven insights to identify areas for product market fit gaps, impact to growth funnel & help influence prioritization of features.
