Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

As Director, Growth Marketing - Paid Social, you will own new and existing categories for Quince’s media buying strategy on social channels. This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth as Meta is currently our largest marketing channel (tens of millions of spend annually), and therefore the role will have significant impact, visibility, and will report directly to the VP of Growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and drive the paid social strategy on Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest and Snap
- Manage a budget of over $1M/mo and scale our campaigns while maintaining our ROAS efficiency targets
- Continuously test ads featuring new products, creatives, and landing pages, and establish a feedback loop with cross-functional teams to improve ad strategy and supply chain planning
- Collaborate with other marketing channel leads to ensure that consumer behavior trends are leveraged in other marketing channels
- Work with ad tech teams to automate reporting and campaign management/optimization tactics
- Manage creative strategy team, inclusive of creative strategists, video editors, and graphic designers
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant paid social marketing experience (Meta required; experience with additional channels such as Pinterest, Tiktok, and Snapchat a plus)
- 1+ year of team management experience
- Experience working closely with creative teams
- Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing and changing goals and priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and digital marketing.
