What this job can offer you
We are looking for a highly experienced Global Payroll, Product enhancements, Audit and Compliance Director to join our Payroll Risk and Compliance Team. In this role, you will be helping to develop, guide and build our audit and project capabilities, whilst driving our Remote Product with enhancements and best practice. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving and successfully delivering solutions on tight timelines with the ability to communicate across various stakeholder departments.
What you bring
- Strategy, data, and results-driven. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and are able to operate fluidly between the big picture and the small task, while never losing sight of the results driven experience of implementing Change Management within an International, remote organisation
- Direct the Audit and Compliance Teams: Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll files and processes to verify accuracy and compliance with all governmental wage tax laws (federal, state and local) and social security requirements. Identify and rectify discrepancies, underpayments, or overpayments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the tax/ payroll/legal/finance and Product teams to implement audit recommendations and improve payroll accuracy.
- Extensive and proven Project Management, Change Management and Leadership Skills
- Proven record of planning, managing and delivering improvements, whilst leading and coaching the Audit and Compliance Teams
- Monitoring the day-to-day execution of business goals to ensure timely progress and delivery
