Job Summary:
Ping is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Field Marketing and Demand Generation to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across North America and LATAM. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing data-driven demand generation strategies to drive pipeline across diverse regions and industries while leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in enterprise marketing, demand generation strategies and program development, B2B technology and/or cybersecurity, and excel in both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Ownership: Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number for the Americas region, and total pipeline number in partnership with Sales. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, represent marketing plans and their forecast and contribution in all sales calls and business reviews.Planning, Strategy and Execution: Define and lead the North America field marketing strategy and plan to drive sales and new customer acquisition. Socialize and gain input on marketing plans from GTM stakeholders throughout development and execution phases to ensure success.Program Development: Design and execute high-ROI marketing programs including account-based marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, virtual events, executive programs, tradeshows, in-person events, and more.Budget Management: Own and manage the annual field marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and forecast attainment.
