Role Description: 

ShipBob views Data Engineering as a true Center of Excellence across our entire platform and organization, and we are looking for a senior leader that can make this vision a reality. The Director, Data Engineering will oversee a wide range of data-related functions to define, develop, build, and sustain enterprise data, governance, quality, and availability and for building a data-driven culture. This will be a data strategy role that will champion data, data governance, and data quality as strategic disciplines to meet operational and regulatory requirements while steering initiatives forward in a hyper growth environment.
