We’re looking for a Director of Data Analytics to join our team!
We are looking for a Director of Data Analytics to drive key data strategies at Greenhouse! As Director you'll play a key role in leading core product and financial analytics that will deliver insights and recommendations that drive strategic initiatives for the company. You’ll lead cross-functional stakeholders to follow scalable data processes and work with senior leadership to develop data-informed strategies. You will be responsible for delivering analytics that inform product enhancements and data service capabilities.

What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to effectively execute upon our data, product, and company strategy
- Proactively identify and address opportunities and challenges to align with the product vision, resulting in an increase in product innovation and data service capabilities
- Communicate analyses cross-functionally across all levels, elevating the conversation from “in the weeds” data to actionable insights
- Lead data-driven decision-making processes even in the midst of complexity or uncertainty
You should have
- Experience leading analytics teams
- A deep understanding of data analytics methodologies, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in using various data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing large data sets to solve problems
