The Director of Credit Risk Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of Marqeta’s credit programs. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of credit solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit operations, process optimization, and team leadership within the fintech or financial services industry.

What You'll Do
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for our credit programs, aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve credit program operations while mitigating risk.
- Portfolio Analysis: Analyze credit performance metrics, trends, and key risk indicators to identify areas of opportunity and concern.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the credit lifecycle.
