Director, Creator Growth

Are you a driven, consultative sales professional who excels at quickly establishing rapport and building deep relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes? And, love having fun while doing it?! We’re looking for a passionate professional to join Raptive’s Creator Growth Team, focusing on engaging with the largest independent websites on the Internet. In this role, you’ll lead comprehensive discovery to uncover opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and leverage product expertise to bring on industry-leading creators. You’ll partner closely with an experienced BDR, as well as our marketing, product, and executive teams to differentiate Raptive as the best solution—and close major opportunities that accelerate our growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop & Manage Strategic Relationships
- Own a focused book of high-value, named accounts; serve as their primary point of contact, understanding their business models and growth needs, and positioning Raptive as the best partner.
- Build rapport via outbound calling, email campaigns, in-person meetings, and industry events.
- Engage Prospective Creators with Deep Expertise
- Demonstrate a strong command of Raptive’s product suite, the broader digital media landscape, and key industry trends.
- Translate this knowledge into compelling sales narratives that address each prospect’s unique challenges.
- Create Tailored Solutions
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain points and objectives; collaboratively design solutions that integrate Raptive’s offerings (ad management, audience growth, SEO tools, etc.).
- Present customized proposals that articulate clear business value and ROI.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with an experienced BDR who will help source leads and coordinate initial outreach.
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted messaging and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end experience for prospective creators.
- Tap into Raptive’s executive and expert teams to bring additional thought leadership and credibility to strategic deals.
- Attend Key Events & Conferences
- Represent Raptive at industry conferences, summits, and O&O (owned & operated) events, ensuring high-value creators are engaged.
- Serve as an on-site ambassador, showcasing Raptive’s mission, capabilities, and track record.
- Maintain High Sales Activity & Organization
- Own the pipeline within your strategic account list, ensuring timely follow-ups, well-documented communications, and accurate forecasting.
- Use Salesforce reporting and internal systems to keep leadership informed of deal progress and pipeline health.
- Consistently Achieve Quotas & Objectives
- Drive sustained new business growth by converting outbound prospects into signed creators.
- Monitor and surpass monthly and quarterly team sales targets, hitting or exceeding goals on a consistent basis.
