Director, Community Management
United States - Remote
As the Director, Community Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of content programming for Raptive Creator Communities, ensuring engaging and impactful experiences that extend the brands you support. You will develop and implement scalable strategies that drive community success across the broader ecosystem, while tracking performance, measuring impact, and overseeing a team of Community Managers to execute effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build a programming strategy across Communities that drives pageviews and other KPIs that scales across multiple communities but allows for enough flexibility to be relevant
- Key areas for programming:
- Community leader recruitment and activation
- Member engagement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and engagement initiatives (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment).
- Track program impact across all Raptive communities, comparing results, iterating based on insights.
- Provide regular reports and insights on program performance, engagement metrics, and sentiment to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, using these insights to iterate.
- Create an effective feedback loop from members and leaders through surveys and community managers that is actionable for key collaborators (support, product, marketing, etc)
- Iterate on our processes to deliver effective programming
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- 7+ years’ programming experience or content strategy for an agency, social platform, community platform or digital brand
- Bachelor’s degree in business, content, journalism, marketing, or related field
- Direct experience working with creators or influencers
- Strategic thinker, with experience of developing and implementing user engagement strategies
- Excellent editorial skills with a deep understanding of content integrity and online performance
- Native user of community and social media platforms
- Strong leader with experience of managing and growing a team
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Data Driven and comfortable analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement based on performance metrics

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
