We are looking for a Temporary Director, Client Leadership to provide ongoing support for one of our notable clients in the energy industry. Working on-site at our client offices, you will act as both agency liaison and client advisor. To be successful in this role, you will be well-versed in digital first-performance marketing programs, have project management skills and an ability to translate needs into action. You will advocate for strategic and creative work, be a true partner to our client, show experience with the brand and category, and easily navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership and strategic skills and be able to develop strong client and internal relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the client, agency partners and other teams, encouraging and growing relationships.
  • You will work with the agency team to provide guidance relating to new messaging, strategic planning, creative development and reviews.
  • You will partner with our client internal teams to understand business needs and outline best strategy for supporting those needs.
  • You will interpret measurement findings and make decisions on how to implement change based on findings.
  • You will manage strategy and experience for the client deliverables and communication across the account.
  • You will anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead daily of what needs to be accomplished.
  • You will lead all account operations relating to the business of the agency.
  • You will identify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutions.
  • You will lead the development of medium/large-scale projects with support from the wider team and agency.
  • You will track overall performance and health of projects.
  • You will own the advertising, coordination and communication for specific markets.

Qualifications:

  • You will have 8 or more years of experience in an agency setting
