Director, Client Engagement Marketing

The Director, Client Engagement Marketing is responsible for managing the enterprise marketing strategy that drives registration and participation in Bright Horizons programs to meet targeted growth goals for the enterprise client portfolio. In this role, you will build strong relationships with the client’s communication team so that you influence key decisions, implement recommended engagement initiatives and drive strong growth results. You will work closely with the enterprise client relations (account leadership) team to develop innovative programs and systems that meet the needs of enterprise clients. This will include customizations for enterprise clients to make them more effective. In addition, you will then be responsible for developing the process by which all emergent best practices are successfully implemented across all other clients. The Director of Client Engagement Marketing will be responsible for supervising a small team of client engagement managers assigned to work with enterprise accounts.
This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with enterprise clients to understand their key priorities, goals, main communication channels and company culture to establish and a sanctioned engagement strategy
Partner with Director of Client Center Marketing to integrate and present joint strategies and execution of marketing initiatives when clients have dedicated child care centers
Act as a benefit communications expert to provide guidance and recommendations for driving awareness and engagement of Bright Horizons benefits
Develop and execute detailed strategic marketing engagement plans for enterprise portfolio that drives registration and participation in Bright Horizons programs that ultimately support client retention and revenue growth
Lead the process to implement all best practice that emerge from the enterprise portfolio to all clients
Partner closely with Client Relations (account management) leadership to ensure regular meetings are scheduled with the client and that all initiatives are executed
Collect and deliver feedback from clients to allow client engagement programs to evolve and be agile to client changes, market changes and new
Supervise team of Enterprise Client Engagement Managers to deliver engagement plans, materials and reports on time and to provide 100% customer satisfaction
Maintains research on market and industry trends to develop new engagement opportunities with clients
Responsible for reporting and analyzing marketing performance and making adjustments to overall strategy and client engagement plans based on results
Lead with enthusiasm and provide motivation for team to perform at a high level
Able to translate customer engagement needs to program recommendation and execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Customer marketing or Account Management required
Master's Degree preferred
7 years' professional experience in customer facing role with Enterprise level accounts required
7 years' successful experience managing a team of marketing professionals who performed above or on target required
Able to recruit, hire and manage performance of client engagement managers
Exercises decisions on client engagement strategy and directs customizations for individual clients
Persuasive communication skills that lead to implementation and execution of plans and services
Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate effective results
Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
Understands how to set aggressive goals and motivate team to meet and exceed goals
Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
Be able to adjust quickly to changing priority of tasks
Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction preferred
Up to 25% travel may be required
Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $125,000 – $140,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for a Bonus plan of 10% along with long-term incentive compensation awards.
