About the Role

The Director, of Business Operations & Project Management will set and drive key business initiatives across the division. As a project manager and strategic adviser to the Division President, you will help create operational excellence and support transformative initiatives to enable the Lifestyle business to scale and grow. You are a self-starter and collaborative problem solver with strong project management skills, who is not afraid to lead change management initiatives and approach process improvements with quick iterations and knows how to measure what matters.

Your Team

This position will be reporting to the President of the Lifestyle Division. The role does not have any direct reports but will be leading ad hoc project teams consisting of global and cross-functional members.

What You Will Do

Project Management

  • Develops project overviews and monitors project schedules within the defined Program Management system.  Keeps management advised on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, conflicts, or challenges.

  • Identifies barriers to project success, and negotiates through barriers with major stakeholders within the Division / across SBUs to keep progress on track.

  • Gathers lessons learned with project teams to review project success and areas requiring improvement for future projects and services.
