THE ROLE

We are looking for a Director, Brand Marketing and Communications to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the brand strategy & tone of voice — including partnerships, activations, events, community-building, and PR — to promote AG1, enhance our reputation, and establish our brand’s role in broader culture. This role will sit on the European leadership team and be a part of a global Communications team, with a primary focus on the U.K. DACH along with other key expansion markets. You will work closely with partners on Growth Marketing and Creative as part of an integrated European Marketing team. 

This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone with vision and passion for building. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker, exceptional writer, and natural connector — and has the ability to make both an immediate impact and build the roadmap to see through a long-term vision. Most importantly: you have a genuine passion to empower people to take ownership of their health through a focus on nutrition.

  • Develop and implement brand marketing and communication strategies that are aligned with the AG1 brand and business objectives.
