Job Description

This role is remote-friendly.

The Director, Analytics leads the development of data-driven solutions for clients – including report automation, analysis, and insight – with the objective of optimizing the performance of media initiatives. The Director will manage data and insight delivery processes, inspire creativity, and ensure all around team success.

We are looking for someone who is execution-focused, under time timelines, and manage data challenges in all phases of media performance. Your success requires the ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams, experience within a matrixed organization, and comfort with a lean operating environment that highly uses automation.

You will have a natural curiosity, going beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data to suggest constructive tests, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities that help improve business performance on a regular basis. Lead completion of overall media measurement strategy on behalf of clients, including reporting, measurement, learning agendas, and test design.

  • You will understand core client business challenges, and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities
  • You will work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance
  • You will guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, efficiently consolidating data from a multitude of sources into a cohesive view of performance
  • You will improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions
