The purpose of this role is to facilitate delivery of best in class analytic and data assessments and roadmaps per established processes and templates in concert with other business disciplines, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Job Description:

The Director, Analytics will work closely with the client, account leadership and analysts across a select group of accounts to continually improve operational efficiencies, drive innovation, and provide thought leadership. Working closely with the (S)VP of Analytics, you will help unify and guide these teams supporting greater thought leadership, efficiencies, strategic direction and alignment across accounts.

You will have extensive experience in identifying solutions using media data sets (video, search, display, paid social etc.) and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our clients. You will help to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures and then driving the implementation of these solutions.

You will collaborate closely with account leadership while building strong client relationships to help evolve our clients’ digital marketing programs. You will also be part of a growing multifaceted analytics team that develops analytic solutions for top companies across industries. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and providing recommendations to continuously refine current business practices and tools to create better operations.

We're looking for a high-energy collaborator who is experienced working across complex pieces of business. You will have proven experience building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. With business acumen and skilled client relations you will navigate and understand the client's culture, business objectives, and media strategy, and will have an appetite for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tools, technology and platforms utilized for the client

  • Drive process and procedures to support efficiency and consistency

  • Drive strategic thinking and leadership for data analytics, insights and innovation

  • Develop close working relationships with the client teams

  • Help to set the vision for measurement, reporting, and analytics across all lines of business

  • Support and drive the client “test and learn” philosophy for measurement

 

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics with expertise in digital media

  • Client facing experience within large agencies/marketing departments

  • Experience with Ad Tech platforms including, CM360, SA360, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Meta, Bing

  • Working knowledge of cloud-based data sources

  • Familiarity with attitudinal surveys methods

  • Advanced analytics skills, including statistical test setup/design readouts

  • Experience with MS SQL, R or Python

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Demonstrated thought leadership within the digital marketing or analytics industries

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
