Job Summary

Responsible for developing the business-to-business Inbound Telesales Channel that is focused on selling to small-to-medium business customers. Directs and develops team to ensure financial and business objectives are achieved.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reviews the sales channel's subscriber and financial results and adjusts budgeted headcount and expense targets.
  • Assists in design of overall team structure for Inbound and Outbound Telesales.
  • Creates a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Coaches, reviews, rewards, motivates, and disciplines team members in the telesales area. Evaluates effectiveness of team structure and implements necessary changes.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills to effectively oversee small-to-medium business telesales.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to realize organization and business unit objectives.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements in business processes yielding increased sales performance and/or operational efficiency.
  • Establishes and cultivates effective business relationships, both cross-functionally and with Region, Division and Corporate Business Services teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Assists in development of monthly and quarterly forecasts and annual sales results and other activity and performance measures.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Maryland, and District of Columbia with a Pay Range of $84,240.00 - $168,480.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
