We have an exciting new remote opportunity for a Digital Technologies Project Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Communicate and manage project vision with project leadership team to ensure an understanding of the plan and scope, in conjunction with the company’s commitments and customer expectations.
- Lead project teams through proper Agile practices within the overall Pratt & Whitney agile transformation strategy.
- Conduct full Agile ceremony, including sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos and retrospectives to ensure value is provided to the customer/requestor and business objectives and goals are met.
- Maintain healthy backlog of well written stories that are development ready.
Work with developers and Product Management for effective story point estimating.
- Work with development team and product manager for effort estimation.
Build highly effective project teams and establish effective relationships with impacted departments and functional areas.
- Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members.
Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals.
- Escalation of issues, along with proposed plan, to leadership.
