Position Summary

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

What You Will Do:

As a Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) Consulting Associate, you will play an integral role in implementing solutions to enhance business operations. In this role, you will leverage your RPA Developer and project management expertise to streamline processes and drive innovation for our clients. While working on client projects, you will analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct testing and troubleshoot issues while interfacing with the business users.

Qualifications

Required:
  • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 3-4+ years of digital RPA consulting experience owning project workstreams

  • Experience independently planning and organizing tasks with little or no supervision

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate information from meetings into documentation to be shared participants and project teams

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams

  • US or Canadian work authorization

This is a remote opportunity, however, willingness to travel as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams is highly desirable.

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
