Position Summary
This role is part of the Growth Enablement Team (GET), which helps our sellers win business by supporting sales pursuits and creating content to leverage throughout the sales life cycle. This individual will be dedicated to the commercial segment of Huron, including, but not limited to, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Non-Profit, etc.In this associate position, you will support the end-to-end proposal development process for the Digital practice. Your tasks include contributing to proposals, assisting with the client tracker, and ensuring the quality and organization of proposal content. Your attention to detail and teamwork are crucial to delivering professional proposals.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
1. Pursuit Support:
- Assist in handling the daily sales requirements for the Digital practice, with a focus on the creation of comprehensive proposals for assigned technology vendors.
- Collaborate with pursuit team and the Managing Director to support the proposal development process.
- Assign responsibilities within the team and meeting project timelines.
- Participate in win theme meetings for opportunities related to assigned technology vendors.
- Ensure professionalism and brand consistency in all assigned proposals.
- Assist in conducting won/loss reviews for strategic accounts.
2. Digital Solutions Support:
- Gain knowledge about the solutions and key resources within the Digital practice.
- Assist in maintaining the Client Tracker and making regular updates.
3. Proposal Content Management Support:
- Identify and tag proposal response content with content owners for easy categorization.
- Support the upload of proposal content to Seismic, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Assist in the development of content review and update cycles to maintain content accuracy and relevance over time.
4. Support for Optimization and Training:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal best practices and resource training.
- Assist in the development of tools and gathering input for the improvement of proposal processes or other sales enablement processes.
- Contribute to the adoption of Seismic and ensuring adherence to content update schedules.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales enablement role that involves supporting RFPs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- Has a basic knowledge of what digital transformation is and high-level understanding of their assigned technology vendor.

The estimated base salary for this job is $65,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $72,800 - $106,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
