The Role
The Digital Project Manager, Loyalty Solutions is a full-time, remote position that focuses on managing the design, configuration, and implementation of loyalty programs for major B2C and B2B clients. This hands-on role involves coordinating closely with internal teams and ensuring project success from inception to completion. The position does not involve managing people directly but requires a high level of project management expertise and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Project Planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead projects to successful completion, managing scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with technology teams to create functional requirement documentation for build-out.
- Maintain detailed project plans using project management software.
- Coordination & Resource Management
- Forecast and coordinate resource needs, working closely with internal teams such as strategy, creative, and development.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Budget Management
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and implementing addendums as needed.
- Work with internal finance teams to ensure project profitability and financial accuracy.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining methodologies and best practices within the team.
- Foster a collaborative environment and assist team members when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, website releases, platform development, or software development.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
- Experience in managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and database architects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace, and others like Teamwork or Basecamp.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; native proficiency in Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.

- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 monthly - based on experience.
