The Role
The Digital Project Manager, Loyalty Solutions is a full-time, remote position that focuses on managing the design, configuration, and implementation of loyalty programs for major B2C and B2B clients. This hands-on role involves coordinating closely with internal teams and ensuring project success from inception to completion. The position does not involve managing people directly but requires a high level of project management expertise and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Project Planning
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Project Execution & Delivery
   • Lead projects to successful completion, managing scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met.
   • Collaborate with technology teams to create functional requirement documentation for build-out.
   • Maintain detailed project plans using project management software.
3. Coordination & Resource Management
   • Forecast and coordinate resource needs, working closely with internal teams such as strategy, creative, and development.
   • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
4. Budget Management
   • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and implementing addendums as needed.
   • Work with internal finance teams to ensure project profitability and financial accuracy.
5. Process Improvement
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining methodologies and best practices within the team.
   • Foster a collaborative environment and assist team members when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, website releases, platform development, or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and database architects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace, and others like Teamwork or Basecamp.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; native proficiency in Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
