About the Role

Reporting directly to a New Zealand-based Manager, the Digital Producer is responsible for executing digital content production tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across various publishing platforms. This role involves creating newsletters, uploading syndicated content, managing quizzes, and moderating user comments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and format email newsletters for timely distribution.
• Upload and publish daily quizzes using a content system.
• Process syndicated content, monitor Slack channels, and optimize articles using AI tools.
• Moderate user-generated comments on articles and social media, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience in digital content production, publishing, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Strong CMS and email marketing tool experience.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot content issues.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive or challenging user comments.
