The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Digital Onboarding Specialist will focus on customized orthodontic solutions and will independently perform Sales administrative work under supervision for assigned region/territory by email, telephone, or the internet.

  • Independently plans and manages time and resources for utilization of multiple systems while driving business needs in order to provide optimal customer service.
  • Data entry into Corporate Databases, i.e. SF, Aplus, RR Donnelly, Oral Care Portal.
  • Analyze Multi System Reports, such as A+, Power BI, Boxi and OCP.
  • Determines appropriate Call to Action based on the customer type and need based on stage in onboarding cycle.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to expedite the needs of customers.
  • Collects and sends customer facing Marketing Materials.

Your Skills and Expertise
