The Opportunity

Are you a digital native? Excited to create digital awareness and visibility and using data to refine digital efforts? If so, we are looking for you! The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in communicating the Ulteig value to our clients. This position will help lead marketing initiatives through harnessing client data to create real-time client experiences, optimizing and executing email campaigns, creating data-driven marketing communications through integrated efforts. This successful individual works with internal stakeholders to understand their business goals and implement high quality projects in a highly collaborative environment.

What We Expect from You

Strategic Direction

  • Adept at building and utilizing marketing automation tools, such as Microsoft D365 Customer Journey-Insights (or something similar), to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Design, implement and monitor automated campaigns across email, integrating with other channels for integrated, trigger-based campaigns.
  •  Responsible for designing and executing effective customer outreach strategies that generate leads, improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  •  Expert understanding of how to extract campaign and channel performance metrics to create actionable insights, determine optimization opportunities and report on value of efforts while ensuring we track the right metrics across all demand generation programs to help influence future work.
  • Support the development of Ulteig’s strategic plan designed to maximize market impact, drive growth and ensure brand awareness throughout North America by executing projects in collaboration with cross-functional.
  • Contribute to client-driven projects through execution of deliverables that improve brand visibility or engagement and reputation, based on an understanding of our clients and using client success as a basepoint: who they are, how we can reach them and what they value.
  • Maintain general knowledge of the trends, developments and best practices within the digital field and understand how changes affect our clients and the company.|

Brand Marketing

  • Support and execute marketing projects that strengthen Ulteig’s market position and drive growth.
  • Partner in the distribution of on-brand marketing materials that contribute to a robust brand that enhances the image of company and creates a connection with the clients, motivating them to order and creating loyalty.
  • Partner with our marketing sector teams to execute on strategies that help us achieve hiring goals and bring needed talent to our teams.
  • Support the team in monitoring competitor digital marketing efforts and identifying opportunities to differentiate Ulteig’s marketing from competitors in our space.

Business Development

  • Execute client engagement and demand generation projects to drive marketing qualified leads and build our brand reputation through email and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of account based marketing (aligned with sales and marketing content team).
  • Support paid media (PPC, social media ads, SEM) strategy and efforts.
  • Track and analyze campaign impact and success through keyword research, funnel dynamics, campaign expansion and optimizations, competitive analysis, and A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Serve as backup to other digital marketing lead through an understanding of the execution on web and social.

What We Expect from You

  • BS degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience email marketing & automation, lead nurturing and conversion optimization, data, and analytics
  • Highly creative with experience in devising digital content that engages, informs, and motivates targeted audiences
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation, specifically D365 CI-J or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft/MAC programs (Including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing 
  • Proficient in Google Analytics a plus, but not required

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $87,600 - $118,500
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
