WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for e-commerce and a background suited to the fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role will work closely with manufacturers and internal teams to execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales on online platforms. You'll coordinate a variety of marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, data sharing, content optimization and advertising, ensuring data-driven strategies are implemented to meet business goals.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Campaign Coordination with Manufacturers: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, acting as the point of contact for campaign implementation, execution and post campaign assessment. Ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and new product introductions.

  • Promotions & Coupons: Work with manufacturers and internal teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, such as coupons, deals, and discounts. Monitor performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and maximize results.

  • Marketing Calendar Management: Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain and update Marketing calendars. Ensure timely execution of email, promotional, paid advertising campaigns and other advertising formats.

  • Data Sharing & Insights: Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to facilitate the sharing of performance data, including sales trends, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness. Use insights to inform future strategies.

  • Product Content & Assets: Work with manufacturers to ensure all product content, images, and digital assets are optimized for the platform and aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure product detail pages are up-to-date and consistent with the latest branding.

  • New Product Launches: Coordinate and support new product launch planning, ensuring all necessary assets and promotional activities are in place. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and successful product rollouts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as category management, merchandising, and account managers to ensure all marketing initiatives are fully aligned with business goals and operational capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail including campaign management, content coordination, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with marketing data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and share data insights clearly.

  • High level of proficiency Google Suite, Slack, Monday/Asana, Microsoft Office, Gemini/Chat GPT.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.

Pay range (US based applicants): $64,766 - $82,000 (annualized)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
