Job Description
The digital marketing specialist role is a combination of digital marketing and product marketing. You will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing automation. You should have a strong grasp of performance marketing, analytics, and lead nurturing, with an experimental mindset to test and optimize campaigns. You will also be responsible for crafting powerful narratives, sharpening our positioning, and arming our sales team with compelling messaging.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities (Growth Marketing):
- Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting).
- Improve SEO performance and content distribution for lead generation
- Continuously A/B test and experiment with new demand-generation tactics tailored to specific market verticals.
- Manage the content development, design, and production of all marketing materials including collateral, web content, digital marketing assets, advertising materials, customer presentations, and video content.
- Maintain online business profiles and social media presence.
- Engage and assist in the management of third-party talent such as agencies, graphic designers, editors, filmmakers, and video editors.
Product Marketing Responsibilities:
- Own product marketing strategy, including competitive analysis and differentiation.
- Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies).
- Collaborate with the internal team to support the development of brand and portfolio positioning and ensure ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
- Lead product launches, collaborating across teams to drive adoption.
