Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media Engagement)

We are looking to add a (remote) Digital Marketing Manager to our team!  

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, CRM 

PAY: $50,000 - $75,000 salary  

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:  

Social Media Strategy for Yourgi: 

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to drive customer engagement, increase brand visibility, and attract new users to the Yourgi app and rewards program. 

• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with customer interests and industry best practices. 

• Create content calendars, manage campaigns, and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, brand-aligned content. 

Engagement Across Pet and Vet Centers: 

• Train and coach center managers on the importance of social media engagement and provide them with tools and strategies to grow their local presence. 

• Develop templates, guides, and best practices for local social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across the network. 

• Track performance metrics for individual centers and offer tailored recommendations to improve engagement. 

Platform Management and Analytics: 

• Leverage the Sprinklr platform to manage, schedule, and analyze social media activities across all channels. 

• Generate and present reports on engagement, reach, and ROI for both the Yourgi app and individual centers. 

• Identify opportunities to optimize performance through data-driven insights. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. 

• Collaborate with the Yourgi product marketing team to support app downloads, rewards adoption, and customer retention campaigns. 

• Partner with local marketing teams to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Exceptions may be made, based on experience. 

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on social media strategy and execution. 

Skills & Competencies:  

• Proficiency with the Sprinklr platform for social media management and analytics. 

• Proven ability to create and implement social media strategies that drive measurable engagement. 

• Experience training and coaching teams on social media best practices. 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and their respective audiences. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
