Camelback’s Marketing + Communications (Marcom) team is tasked with building out strategies and tactics to grow the organization’s national brand recognition as an entrepreneurial support organization leader uplifting BIPOC, women and non-binary social impact founders in diverse communities.


The Digital Marketing + Communications Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing + Communications and will collaborate closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, Operations Team, Program Team and external strategic stakeholders. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and communications strategies to enhance Camelback’s digital footprint, engage with our audience, and amplify our mission and vision. This role will manage external contractors e.g. graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other content creators. The Digital Marketing + Communications Manager will also build + leverage relationships with external stakeholders e.g. Camelback network members, influencers, and other strategic partners in support of building organizational brand awareness.


THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing + Communications Manager will drive and manage all of Camelback’s digital marketing channels including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising leveraging our current Google Ads account, influencer marketing, video marketing, and digital advertising in alignment with Camelback’s 5-year strategic plan. This role will also be responsible for managing Camelback’s website, developing newsletter and blog content, as well as supporting events online and in-person to drive engagement with the Camelback network.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to advance our mission, programs, the annual Guardian Summit, our upcoming 10-year-anniversary in 2025, and support fundraising initiatives.

    • Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to enhance visibility and engagement.

    • Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing and communications objectives in line with Camelback’s 5-year strategic plan.
