We are seeking for a motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving online engagement, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and contributing to increased sales. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with program goals, analyze digital marketing performance, and help accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing platforms. Report on key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all company websites, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, manage product pages, and resolve any performance, functionality, or design issues.
  • Support SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research, link-building, and on-page optimization, to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Assist with app updates and improvements, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, including agencies and developers, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations) to support campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Experienced in managing digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and email marketing. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong SEO marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, methodologies, best practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time for meetings, conferences, or vendor visits.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,750.00 and $85,050.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law. Apply
