Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media advertising strategies align with our business goals and deliver exceptional results.

This is an hourly, non-exempt postion with a range of $19.50 - $21.00.  This position can be hybrid in Naperville or NYC, or fully remote in the following states ONLY: AZ, CT, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, AND WI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement social media strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and optimization of ad spend.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
Require Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a similar role or within an agency environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads), Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
