Digital Experience Communication Specialist

As the Digital Experience Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, monitoring, and performance reports for digital communications for our B2B and B2C digital platforms. The performance goals will include an increase in traffic to digital channels, an increase in the speed-to-market of digital communication initiatives and develop digital communications efficiently using various tools and platforms to ultimately increase the utilization of digital communication along with the adoption of all digital products. This includes driving adoption for clients and carriers using the methods of online tools to grow and nurture their online presence while adhering to industry best practices and regulations.


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

  • Implement Digital Communication plans across a broad range of clients offering an integrated multi-channel utilizing many different digital communication channels.

  • Oversee and implement activities to support digital communication strategy goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement Digital Communication best practices that support our strategic direction.

  • Work closely with Digital Experience technical teams to enhance innovative digital communications that connect B2B and B2C consumers and drive users to digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with the teams to leverage digital assets to curate digital communication initiatives using templatizing tools and/or design platforms.

  • Generate digital communication campaigns by leveraging platform templatizing tools and manually coding HTML when needed.

  • Determine Digital Engagement key performance indicators to measure success.

  • Provide detailed digital performance data across all digital communication platforms in a way that our clients and executive stakeholders can easily understand.

  • Provide keen insights into trends and metrics that fall below industry standards, utilize metrics and trends to help uncover and drive insights for future digital decisions, etc.

  • Assist Digital Experience leadership with strategic direction, provide cadence suggestions, and overall recommendations on digital messaging, trends, strategy, and timing.

  • Quarterly pulse read out on digital forward looks, keeping up with the latest trends and information available on digital communications.

  • Set up A/B testing to determine winning strategies and research behaviors that can inform decisions on future campaigns.


What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ExactTarget experience in digital communication initiatives such as email, SMS, digital notices, and proactive notifications.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in digital best practices, including product planning and tracking principles, project risk and issues identification, assessment, change management, and mitigation.

  • Experienced in client management in a technology space.
