Digital Designer 2 (VSP/PT)

The Digital Designer 2 (VSP/PT) responsible for creating, executing, developing, and maintaining digital design elements across multiple platforms.
The Digital Designer 2 (VSP/PT) collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and produce digital content, graphics, animations, and user interfaces that align with organizational goals and enhance the user experience. Utilize common frameworks to build and develop interactive and responsive digital solutions that ensure compatibility, efficiency, and maximum value for the end-user. Support various business objectives and product development. The Digital Designer 2 (VSP/PT) is responsible for developing innovative user-centered design solutions for website and mobile apps to drive user engagement and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Design intuitive, accessible and visually appealing interfaces
Partner with Product Managers to ensure designs align with product strategy
Maintain design standards, guidelines and systems
Conduct user research, analyzing behaviors and motivations
Work with engineers to ensure design feasibility
Communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
2 or more years of technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (i.e. design related field of study
Healthcare experience
Experience working on digital products (i.e. websites and mobile apps)
