The Job

The Digital Asset Assistant supports the Digital Asset Coordinator, helping download, organize, tag, edit, and upload imagery for evo Product Detail Pages.

Contract position now through August/September

The Opportunity

• Navigate and source content from FTPs, websites, and digital asset management systems, ensuring a consistent flow of assets for digital projects.
• Assist the Coordinator with vendor partner relations, using external media hubs to request digital assets that meet our website specifications, fostering strong vendor relationships.
• Support our content hub, ensuring it is up-to-date and well-organized.
• Efficiently organize and distribute digital assets to the digital content team, supporting the creation of compelling product pages.
• Utilize pre-automated Photoshop actions to process product photography, uploading and associating them using our internal Product Information Management (PIM) tool.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Must Haves

• 1+ years ecommerce experience working with digital catalogs and/or asset libraries (DAMs), photo studio production, marketing or creative for dotcom needs. 
• Familiarity with industry file naming conventions and meta tagging structures is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Bridge, DAMs, Dropbox, Google Sheets, MS Suite, and project management apps like Monday.com

The base wage for this role ranges from $19.78/hr to $23.48/hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
