* Starting Pay Range: $56,900/YR to $79,500/YR * Salary to be evaluated based on level of experience * This is a remote position for those outside the Verona, NY area. Local candidates must work on-site two days a week.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Enterprise Marketing team to implement and manage digital analytics tools, analyze website and marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize our digital strategies. Key responsibilities include data analysis, digital tool implementation, campaign optimization, technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and e-commerce support. Successful candidates will possess strong technical skills in digital analytics tools, experience with data analysis and visualization, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What does a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist do?                      

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer, marketing, web, and app behavioral data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Digital and Campaign Optimization: Analyze digital platform and campaign performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to increase effectiveness.
• Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize campaign and website performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the "Tagging Architect," managing and evolving the solution design reference documentation to ensure robust and consistent data capture.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Team Support: Assist marketing teams as a subject matter expert on analytics, providing guidance and support for tag implementation and data analysis.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and innovation within the team to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing professionals to execute campaigns and provide analytical support.
• Continued Development: Maintain external professional relationships to stay updated on evolving analytics ecosystem, industry trends and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful as a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist, you'll need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 year of working experience in working with analytics tools like GA4, data visualization tools like Looker Studio, as well as digital tag management solutions such as, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) (Google Products Preferred)
• Familiar with BigQuery
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license as required for Turning Stone Enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy– highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
• Ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
