Real Chemistry is looking for a DevOps Engineer join our growing team!

This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago.
What you'll do:
As a CI/CD Engineer, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to integrate CI/CD practices and automate workflows.
Architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure and tools using AWS services, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Databricks workflows, supporting data engineering and machine learning deployments for healthcare applications.
Develop monitoring and alerting systems for CI/CD pipelines to identify issues early and ensure continuous uptime.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Optimize build and deployment processes to reduce time-to-market for healthcare software and data solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies, and introduce innovations to enhance the CI/CD ecosystem.
Mentor team members on CI/CD tools and processes, fostering a culture of DevOps excellence.

What you should have:
Experience: 3+ years in CI/CD engineering or DevOps roles, with a focus on building and maintaining pipelines.
AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation or Terraform.
Databricks Proficiency: Experience working with Databricks, including automating workflows and integrating Databricks into CI/CD pipelines.
Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of the unique compliance and security requirements.
Automation Skills: Strong knowledge of build tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
IaC Experience: Demonstrated ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
Containerization Knowledge: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and best practices for branching, merging, and release management.
Problem-Solving: A proven track record of diagnosing and resolving CI/CD and deployment issues in complex systems.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or additional related certifications.
Experience with data engineering workflows and machine learning model deployments in Databricks.
Knowledge of security best practices for CI/CD pipelines, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
Pay Range: $91,000.00-100,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
