Location: Hybrid – 4 days working remotely, 1 day working at 90 Eglinton Ave. E, Toronto

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This position is responsible for implementing YMCA of Greater Toronto’s annual broad-based giving program including direct response, paid media, telemarketing, and monthly giving solicitation tactics, as well manage the stewardship journey of new and current broad-based donors, and oversee data management.  

In this role, you will:

  • Support the execution of the Broad-Based giving program to grow revenues and donor base via integrated direct response (mail & digital), monthly, tribute and onsite giving
  • Support the achievement of annual revenue targets through a combination of acquisition, renewal and upgrade tactics
  • Lead the execution of the creative and copy development, design and deployment of all direct response tactics including e-campaigns, digital marketing and telemarketing
  • Assist with the strategy and production of general fundraising digital content based on priorities of the Fundraising Department
  • Support digital execution using web systems such as Delivra, Meltwater and CoreDNA.
  • Be departmental lead for development and execution of online donation pages (A.K.A. New Media/raisin)
  • Co-ordinate Broad-Based stewardship activities to ensure a remarkable donor experience and
    increased retention rates
  • Serve as primary donor service contact for Broad-Based and monthly donors
  • Stay abreast of sector trends and bring new ideas and opportunities forward to support goal of building long-term donor relationships
  • Project manage campaigns, be responsible for developing critical paths that include working with vendors, sourcing content, and coordinate creative briefs and approvals, data file preparation, budgets and revenue projections
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of gift-related data in Raiser's Edge, in partnership with IT and Finance
  • Analyze and monitor metrics for broad-based giving campaigns

    You bring:

    • A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in fundraising, including success in achieving personal revenue targets
