Location: One day per week in Brooklyn, NY; four days telecommuting; travel five days per month to various U.S. locations.

Would you like to...
- Lead a team of multidisciplinary designers to define and implement a design-led approach for pre-sales motions. Recruit, hire, and onboard new design talent as needed.
- Develop strategies to consistently win with a design-led approach by innovating on market engagement methods.
- Collaborate with internal account executives to shape and present design-led pitches and proposals for $100M+ transformation-focused client engagements.
- Determine strategy, approach, and investment levels for proposal creation.
- Lead the creation of overall client engagement models in collaboration with practice leaders to support pre-sales motions.
- Facilitate design-led workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they remain on track, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
We would like you to have...
- Minimum of 2 years in designing and implementing digital applications, products, and services.
- Proficiency with software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Miro, and Dovetail.
- Demonstrated expertise in design research, user experience design, service strategy, and defining design processes.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human-Centric Design.

Compensation Range: $189,713 to $200,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
