The Vox Creative Media Design team is a dynamic collective of storytellers, creators, and innovators with disciplines in graphic design, art direction, and animation. WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Media Design team is looking for an experienced Design coordinator to streamline and optimize the design process within our organization. This role will focus on improving workflows, coordinating design teams, managing resources, and ensuring that design projects are completed efficiently and on time.

What you’ll bring

• 4 + years of industry design project management, post-production management, or creative production experience
• Experience creating processes and frameworks for the smooth and efficient workflows of design teams
• A flexible leadership style with the ability to create clarity within complex and sometimes ambiguous work environments and a comfort in adapting to rapidly changing circumstances
• Able to manage interdepartmental relationships with poise and professionalism
• A proven track record of solid written and verbal communication and organizational experience.
• Initiative to solve issues independently while also perceiving when to escalate or loop in stakeholders
